The Optimus BT Partner program is designed to
harness the true power of synergy that a strong partnership provides, to
everyone’s benefit. Needless to mention, our partners get the highest levels of
support from us in achieving common goals. The two chief categories of partners
involved with us are Sales partners and certified partners as detailed below.
Sales Partners
sell the solutions together with Optimus BT or our Certified Partners. Product
and services support are either covered by a Certified Partner or Optimus BT
Software support team.
Certified Partners
sell, demonstrate, implement & support our solutions and services in selected
local markets independently of Optimus BT. This partner has proven competency
and has been certified on Optimus BT software and services offerings.
How do we support our partners?
Optimus BT Partners are provided the highest level of support. Optimus BT will
deliver software and services directly to the Partner's client
only at the request of the Partner. Optimus BT is dedicated
to helping, guiding, training, and supporting our Partners and their clients to
ensure our Partner's success.
Partner Advisory Board
The Partner Advisory Board consists of a select certified group of partners who
can participate in discussions to provide our development, marketing and sales
teams with suggestions that will improve the success of our products and
services.
Partner account management
The partner account manager is your first contact to assist you with your sales
opportunities and to provide resources to help you close the business. The
Partner Account Manager is also your resource for product collateral, demo
assistance, webinar and workshop coordination. The Partner Account Manager will
guide you through the certification process as well.
Presales Support
Our Senior Pre Sales Consultants will place on the highest priority any request
for sales support from our Partners. Requests for presentations, demos,
workshops, webinars, RFIs, RFPs and any other help you and your clients need,
will be provided expeditiously to help accelerate the sales cycle.
Partner Training and Certification
Optimus BT strives to provide the highest level of training on our products and
services to our Partners. Our philosophy is that our Partners' success is
contingent on having a detailed knowledge of Optimus BT's products and services.
We provide training that is specific to our products and services and that can
be customized to suit our Partner needs.
The certification program is
exclusively for Optimus BT partners who wish to independently sell Optimus BT
products and services.
