There are many room booking software’s available in the market, what is your UVP?

Room reservation system is built on the top of SharePoint 2010 and it also supports Moss 2007.
The product is intended to provide a collaborative room reservation application that is easy to reserve conference, conference rooms and hoteling spaces.

With a unique and dynamic space selection schema this product provides extensive flexibility to the end users as they can reserve workspace whose Floor layout may not be always familiar to them.

 

Is this product a vertical specific solution or it relates to other functional areas also?

We don’t limit our focus to conference organizer and Hotels but we extend it to Professional services (IT, Accounting, Law), government, education, healthcare organization who have similar needs.

 

Can others have an access to the details of my conference notes and reservation details?

Your details are only visible to you. Others can’t access your account other than the administrators who have the public key for all accounts.

 

Does it provide provision to book resources like catering and other room accessories?

As of now we don’t have provision for these features, as this is purely a room reservation system. But will soon upgrade the product functionality for booking catering and other resources.

 

I faced a lot of issue due to double booking; does this software provide any remedy?

It definitely solves your issue. Our product doesn’t allow double booking if the resource is already booked. On the top of that it also provides a check availability feature to the user so that they can check before booking if the resource is already booked.

 

From where do I buy the product? Are there any demo or trial versions available?

You can fill in a form available on our website and our sales team will immediately get back to you. The demo or the trial version can be obtained in a similar manner. You can also opt to call or email our sales team located in the US or India office for any purchase related query.

 

How much would it cost my company to implement Room reservation system?

We don’t have fixed cost structure and prices are varying depending on the extent of customization required in the product. More details can be answered by our sales team based on your questions.

 

Is there any hidden fee associated with cancellation of orders?

We don’t have any grey areas like hidden fees associated with any cancellation of orders. Our Letter of agreement will clearly specify the fees associated with the cancellations as well purchase and support phases.  

 

Can I add additional user licenses after my original purchase?

Definitely you can ask for additional user license post original purchase. Our sales team will give a quote for the same to you based on your requirement or number of licenses.

 

We don’t have SharePoint installed, how much will it cost to upgrade to SharePoint platform?

Even if you don’t have SharePoint installed you don’t have to worry. We will install SharePoint on your server or provide hosted SharePoint environment infrastructure through our hosting partners.

 

If I need customization in the current product, is that feasible? If so to what extent?

Yes we can customize the product according to your needs. Extent of customization depends on the feasibility of the required application if it can be supported by SharePoint.

 

I have multiple categories of rooms with varied floor plans; does your software provide any provision for this?

Yes our software can definitely take care of varied floor sizes by the virtue of its unique and dynamic floor selection schema. We have a coordinate based selection schema which allows you to select rooms with different floor plans.

 

Can I integrate it to my outlook or personal email?

At present this feature is not there but we are working on the development and will release the feature in the next version of the product.

 

What Languages does this software support?

The software supports all the languages as provided in the language pack as a part of Moss 2007

 

Is this software SharePoint 2010 ready?
